First, welcome to my first blog post here at the Riotous Records site. Today I will explain to those of you who care, just why we have started switching our downloads from Snocap to Bandcamp. To be honest, Snocap sucks. They are slow, glitchy, and just plain ugly. I don’t like them. So why Bandcamp? Because it is better than Snocap. Yes folks, I am a simple person sometimes. Bandcamp is also faster, easier to use, cheaper for us and in turn cheaper for you. I am still working on uploading a bunch of stuff and will continue to post the new download widgets as they become available. I hope you find it easier to use. I think it would also be rather swell if some of you decided to put some of the widgets on your myspace, facebook, or whatever else you might have. We here at Riotous Records have a small staff and do not always have time to keep up with so many locations and you people posting this stuff is always a HUGE help! So what are you waiting for?
